UCLA Alumni Association aimed to increase retention by asking NKL to develop a leadership development program among high-potential managers.

NKL's Approach

  • Provided participants with a leadership assessment and tailored coaching to support specific challenges.
  • Developed engaging content, activities and materials that allowed for individual and group engagement.S
  • trengthened confidence, purpose, accountability, well-being and decision-making abilities among managers.

Results

  • 86% of participants reported the program was very relevant to their personal and professional lives.
  • 100% stated that UCLA Alumni was committed to their professional development.
  • 93% recommended NKL coaching and leadership development to their colleagues.
